5-10 minutes worth of work max, and a set of used rims sells for between $75-$400. Seems worth it if you're into that kind of thing. Well, except the turn around time is probably lousy.

Thats because most are being stolen for the tires, although it does not help that the rims look pretty nice on most cars, so those get sold easily.
